I develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, web, and social media channels to drive awareness and engagement, while coordinating with key stakeholders—staff, volunteers, donors, and partners—to ensure successful program delivery.A key part of my role involves coordinating presenters for educational programs and events, ensuring high-quality content and a seamless experience for participants. Along with my programs - Explore the River Series and Explore & Seek, I also contributed to the planning and execution of the Upper Mississippi River Conference, Fish & Fire Fundraiser, Floatzilla - Missisippi River Paddle Event, and Taming of the Slough Adventure Triathlon.In addition to program management, I contribute to fundraising initiatives by implementing and managing online donation platforms and event registrations. I monitor program performance, collect data to assess impact, and use insights to inform strategy and decision-making.I am responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization’s websites, managing email marketing campaigns, including the monthly ACTION Newsletter, and overseeing CRM systems to enhance donor and supporter engagement.
