Serve as the primary contact with the CT State Liaison at Office of Early Childhood (OEC) and ensure fiscal and programmatic contract compliance with five well-established, evidence-based home visiting programs. The Director meets with all program management regularly to assess compliance, develop program improvements, and coordinate collaborations that enhance programming. Maintaining a positive relationship with subcontractors and other partnering community agencies is crucial to the success of the program. Collaborate with other non-profits, medial providers, and government agencies to strengthen services, create referral streams, and impact policy.
