As a personal trainer at Snap Fitness, I conducted fitness consultations for new members. During the consultations, I conducted fitness assessments for both cardio and resistance training, while also evaluating the member’s exercise goals and medical history. When a new client signed on with me, I created an individual exercise plan for them based off of their needs and goals.
