Healthcare professional with a clinical nursing foundation and an emerging specialization in informatics. Received a BSN from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in 2020. Spent the following four years working in acute care at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center where I gained extensive experience managing respiratory and ENT patients. As a charge nurse and preceptor, I developed strong leadership and teaching skills, helping to guide new nurses and coordinate patient care.Currently, I’m leveraging my clinical expertise in a new role as a Clinical Informatics Systems Specialist at Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center. In this role, I manage and optimize OncoEMR to support a growing network of cancer care facilities. I troubleshoot issues, develop workflows for new locations, and provide training to staff. I’m also pursuing a computer science degree through Oregon State University to further enhance my capabilities in health tech and informatics.
