• Serve as the primary contact for database system vendors, managing bids, technical support, issue management, and product upgrades and testing.• Procure, compile and prepare statistics requested by stakeholders inside and outside the organization.• Examine and integrate critical systems into the Salesforce and CaseWorthy ecosystems. • Ensure daily logistics of supply chain, gift-in-kind receiving/distribution, fleet maintenance and catering operations run smoothly• Oversee HUD compliance for transitional housing facility• Provide vision and day to day leadership for the Impact & Hospitality Teams, Food Services Teams, Ministry Outreach Team and the Safety department.

• Use knowledge of programs, databases, development, and industry best practices to define success and leverage the information systems to provide outcome measurements and performance metrics.• Direct the planning, design, development, integration, and operations of all information system functions and responsibilities. • Lead and manage vendors, consultants, and internal functional and technical teams in the implementation of new systems and business processes.• Oversee the Hospitality Desk to ensure excellent customer service; maintain compliance with city, state, and federal guidelines. • Implement and maintain the Safety First campaign to build an all-encompassing safety culture and ensure the organization follows OSHA standards.
