• Serve as the primary contact for database system vendors, managing bids, technical support, issue management, and product upgrades and testing.

• Oversee the Hospitality Desk to ensure excellent customer service; maintain compliance with city, state, and federal guidelines.
• Implement and maintain the Safety First campaign to build an all-encompassing safety culture and ensure the organization follows OSHA standards.
