Human Resources Business Partner

- Support 1,000+ Wolfson Children’s Hospital physicians, team members, managers, directors, and senior and executive leadership.- Partner with managers, physicians, and other clinical staff regarding employee relations, development programs, corrective counseling, policy interpretation, and other Human Resources-related issues as needed- Knowledge on employment law- Investigate employee complaints and assist in obtaining resolution- Work closely with management and team members to improve working relationships, overall morale, productivity, and retention.- Facilitate presentations on HR-related functions during new leader orientation monthly sessions. Also during weekly/bi-weekly/monthly department team meetings- Ensure compliance with Equifax, I-9, e-Verify, Level II background screenings, and all departmental file audits.- Collaborate with HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, etc. to address team member needs/questions- Conduct monthly training on internal and external processes/systems to management and staff.- Continuously reviewing processes to determine if improvement is available
