Leading user experience and user interface design decisions on a cross-functional team and executing the vision and identity while delivering high fidelity, easy-to-use design solutions from conception to launch. These decisions from customer insights and pain points go through iterative testing and additional research that will impact Caterpillar's diverse global community, allowing them to save time, money and increase productivity. Solutions consist of high-fidelity desktop and mobile design mock-ups and prototypes containing a high level of visual design skills, along with clearly documented user flows that showcase the end-to-end design process.

Led and facilitated research efforts with best pratices to better understand the Alkeme audience and how their products and services resonated with users. Uncovered insights through research techniques that allowed the company to tailor its offerings and become a more effective resource in the Black mental health community. Advised and educated the team on how research would benefit the new startup and how to leverage the learnings for landing investments that ultimately led to securing $4Million in funding.• Led report-out sessions with the CEO and executive team on the latest research insights and provided recommendations on the next steps for product launches, enhancements, and additional research.
