• Supervise 10 Employees and manage all operational procedures. • Collaborate with Chapter’s marketing and merchandising team to provide the store with advertisements that fit the store. • Manage payroll, company emails, scheduling, reports, inventory, maintaining clientele books and records• Providing exceptional customer service, address complaints and make adjustments when needed.
