As Store Leader, I oversee all aspects of day-to-day sales operations including (but not limited to) analyzing performance metrics, implementing strategies to exceed revenue goals, staffing levels, scheduling, and payroll. Transitioning to our highest volume store within my new district, I took all my skills from my previous experience and developed a visual team to meet the demands of this location. With store opening experiences, I utilized my recruiting experience to hire, train, and implement standards with visual merchandisers and associates. I assisted with onboarding paperwork, payroll management, and scheduling adjustments. After successfully opening this location, I led a full team of visual merchandisers. I also led district wide workshops involving mannequin, mannequin styling, planning, fixturing, allocation, understanding department performance reports, industry standards, and standard retail operation procedures. Oversaw the merchandising for my store, but also selected by my district leadership to provide visual expertise in over 11 stores as needed. Scheduling and payroll management were also tasks I performed for my store.During this time, I was an integral member of opening 5 store locations in the Northeast division.
