Currently, I work at Salesforce as a part of many cross-functional teams to deliver learning and enablement content to over 20,000 employees. My main focus is on onboarding new hires to our technology and product organization. My main focus is holistic content development across our portfolio of new hire programs to ensure a world-class onboarding experience.I've created and executed multiple programs including our first Early Career program, focused on ongoing support and connection for new to the workforce new hires, a new hire social/culture program focused on volunteerism, and a fast-paced ramp-up program for our global interns (to name a few). I'm involved in furthering our strategic initiatives across the company, specifically around enabling our teams on generative artificial intelligence and product management excellence. Strengths include project and program management, content development and delivery, asset creation, relationship building, alignment strategy, creative problem solving, and both small and large event planning (10-10,000 plus attendees).Previously, I spent 6+ years in higher education in the Boston area. I have my undergraduate degree in Psychology from UMass Lowell and my master's from Northeastern University. Outside of work, I spend my time with my husband, toting around our two children and two corgis while listening to Taylor Swift (Taylor's Version).
