I am currently employed at Indiana Design Consortium as a graphic designer. I enjoy the variety of projects marketing brings, and appreciate designing with marketing strategy in mind. In addition to designing a plethora of print and digital media, I often contribute in the concept creation of clients' marketing and promotional campaigns with the IDC team. I also manage many social media accounts for IDC's clients, keeping client branding in the forefront of their marketing strategy.

As an intern, I primarily designed flyers, tickets, web banners, mailings, stickers, etc. I also had limited experience helping to create simple magazine layouts of the Alumnus magazine under supervision of the Art Director. I routinely communicated with staff in order to produce quality work that met requests of clientele. I reorganized the entire photo archive using Photoshelter to reduce costs on storage on the hard drive and continued to update tags and file new photos on Photoshelter and the back-up drive throughout the semester.

During my time as a page layout designer for Purdue's newspaper, The Exponent, I primarily designed front and sports pages. I enjoyed learning new facets of page designing, and incorporating my previous experience with graphic design into the job. I enjoyed the challenge of arranging images, text, and graphic elements to not only fit a specific space, but to make it look as great as possible!

As the president of Ann Tweedale I was responsible for managing the executive board, conducting bi-weekly house meetings, and speaking on behalf of Ann Tweedale at Purdue Cooperative Council meetings. In addition to these responsibilities, I learned a great deal of communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
