Hi, my name is Ashley and I am an Education Outreach Manager at the Children's Learning Institute at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth). With over 10 years of experience in education, professional development, and curriculum design, I am passionate about driving impactful programs, coaching and mentoring teams, and fostering cross-functional collaborations.In my current role, I lead a research study in partnership with Texas Rising Star Mentors, exploring the implementation and efficacy of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) approaches and professional development strategies in early childhood education. I also serve as the Product Manager for the CQIP Tool, a digital platform that integrates assessment data, goal setting, and age-appropriate resources to enhance program quality and instructional best practices.Previously, I directed a team of training professionals, ensuring meticulous onboarding, continuous support, and professional development. I managed timelines, deliverables, and resources, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. I also played a pivotal role in training and mentoring educators to elevate early childhood program quality standards and instructional best practices.My mission is to craft educational excellence by leveraging my skills and expertise in program orchestration, coaching finesse, and digital innovation.
