Fluid is a full-service eCommerce design and software company where I recruited both engineers and creatives for our offices in Oakland and New York while partnering closely with HR. - Manage full life-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, coordination of resume flow, diligent candidate correspondence across all stages, negotiation of offers, and maintenance of candidate records via our applicant tracking system- Create candidate pipelines and drive screening through outreach (e.g. networking sites, digital portfolios, job boards) and engaging inbound applicants and employee referrals- Partner with hiring managers to create and accomplish our hiring plan and strategy, while interfacing with candidates to build and maintain lasting relationships- Work closely with all department leads to promptly confirm resources for both active and potential projects, while considering bandwidth, capabilities and interests- Actively grow our freelancer network by sourcing and recruiting new freelancers (e.g. designers, engineers, project/account managers) then connect their skills and talents with the needs of our creative, delivery and product teams - Conduct reference and background checks, new hire onboarding (e.g. verify documentation, arrange orientation schedules), and support candidates as they become employees by ensuring a successful start- Oversee university recruitment

After quickly ramping up as their Recruiting Coordinator, I took over the University Program as well as owned full-time requisitions. - Coordinate all aspects of the interview process supporting 3 full-cycle recruiters to ensure a positive candidate experience - Schedule and greet candidates, book travel, lunches and happy hours, shepherd candidates throughout their interviews- Manage the University Program, work with hiring managers to screen engineering interns, extend verbal offers, plan intern orientations and events- Source, conduct outreach and screen potential candidates for assigned requisitions- Organize and host Meetups and other recruiting events in Airware space
