Ashley headed up the GTA region for two years, grew the business and, under her tutelage, saw numerous franchisees receive promotions from the franchisor.

In the three years that she operated her business, she grew the territory sales by over 300% while maintaining one of the highest levels of profitability and customer satisfaction nationally.
