Key responsibilities; • Drive the Information Management, ensuring the our clients technology platforms, systems, software and equipment are in line with the IT Strategies.• Keep abreast of new trends in technology, strive for continuous improvement and ensure our clients are continually transforming and leading in technology and therefore business effectiveness. • Provide operational business analysis and support services to our clients with the objective of delivering strategic, cost effective and relevant technology solutions.• Implement and monitor the IT Strategy to ensure deliverables and outcomes are achieved.• Ensure that systems, policies and procedures are developed and implemented that enhance best practice and leading edge technology, whilst balancing the strong requirement for IT security and effective data management and integrity.• Manage the overall delivery of IT services as identified and defined in our cleints policies, procedures or service level agreements.• Manage our clients information systems and technology ensuring implementation and maintenance with cost-effective safeguards chosen to adequately reduce the risk of business damage and maximise return of investment.• Promote a high level of accountability across the Information systems Department for the establishment and implementation of business and project plans, such that our clients can be confident that projects will be delivered “on-time and on-budget”, in a standard manner, and at a quality that satisfies clients' requirements.

Oversee the management of IT infrastructure and support team in designing, building, implementing, managing, supporting and enhancing key technologies.
