As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Obviouslee, I focus on optimizing resources and efficiencies across the company. I understand how all other roles and functions affect operations - from marketing and sales to finance to human resources and technology. I am focused on making sure everything in the company works in concert to create unity. My job is to break through all the various business silos to ensure an effective operation, and a healthy bottom-line. My success as the COO is dependent on my ability to encourage and implement change, and create a culture that accelerates innovation.

As Managing Director, I am responsible for leading client strategy, budgeting, management and staffing. I provide the necessary direction to meet the marketing goals of our clients and the operational goals of our company. I'm involved in senior management planning, recruitment and ongoing oversight of the teams. So basically, I look after everyone - and most importantly - keep my eyes on the business to ensure all goals are reached. Figuring out how to assemble an all-star cast of marketers is one of my favorite parts of my job. I'm passionate about building and scaling organizations, while fostering a sense of team and culture. Always trying to be equally visionary and pragmatic so that I can be a trusted colleague who employees can consult regarding workplace issues.

As part of the OM team, I work closely with our clients to be their main point-of-contact for marketing strategy and performance. We understand that every client is different and handle each account with a unique perspective. On any given day, you may find me pitching a story to a national publication, developing an adwords campaign, or working with a designer to recreate a website. It's this flexibility and flavor that makes my job interesting and keeps me excited about coming into work every day.
