I aspire to create products that are a force of joy, health and self discovery. As COO and Chief Product Officer at GoNoodle, I am part of a team creating content that provides children an emotional operating system for lifelong wellbeing and happiness. I act as the operational partner to our visionary CEO, powering the organization with 'rocket fuel' to grow, adapt and innovate. My current responsibilities included oversight of all operations, including client success, product, tech and marketing and created a virtual, global 3D studio to create and scale original curriculum content for our SaaS product. I am a Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) with 20+ years of experience in international media, SaaS, technology, and entertainment sectors. My experience spans early stage, high-growth, private equity-backed, and publicly traded companies. I am an adept leadersh of cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to launch and scale new products, wired like a finance person to optimize profitability through data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and financial stewardship.I began my career in the manufacturing industry working as a business analyst, overseeing global revenue forecasting and product pricing strategy. In moving from component manufacturing to consumer electronics in the telecom sector, to ad tech, an agency and then ultimately in founding her own companies in the advertising technology space. My varied leadership roles have always involved implementing financial control processes to manage revenue and price for a wide array of goods and services and in gathering and using data to make better business decisions. I have worked across multiple sectors and spent over 10 years living and working in Europe, Asia and Central America, including completing my MBA in The Netherlands. I launched Furious Corp to create an enterprise resource planning solution for sellers of advertising that revolutionizes how audiences, platforms, and content are sold, packaged, and priced.
