Before that, I co-founded Oseh, a wellness app that helped thousands make mindful habits as easy as their morning coffee—one quick, daily check-in at a time. At Alo Moves and Crowd Cow, I led explosive growth, forged partnerships with brands like United Airlines and the American Red Cross, and built scalable teams that set the stage for long-term success.Outside of work? You’ll find me trying to convince my dog to love me, plotting the next adventure, or negotiating (and failing) with my toddler. Life’s too short to stand still.
