To work is to be human, and to be human is to work. My work centers on the intersectionality of identity, workplace wellness and organizational culture. From as early as I can remember, I have been drawn to understanding why and how workplaces operate the way they do, and how they can do even better. From watching my grandfather work the night shift, to watching my grandmother become an entrepreneur, to seeing my mother work as a medical coder, these examples showed me how work has the power to transform people and communities. In my career, I bring 17+ years of cross-functional leadership in areas of talent development, learning design, leadership and career coaching, workplace wellness, DEI&B, and system creation and implementation. I am known as a relentless problem solver and I bring creativity and empathy to all of my work. I move ambiguity into practices or procedures that cultivate a more human and client-centric experience. I am at my best when leading a team and connecting with key stakeholders to listen, understand their need. From there I design and prototype resources, materials, learning guides, and curriculum to make complex concepts or processes more accessible. My experience spans across consulting, higher education, healthcare & human resources and nonprofit spaces. As a leadership coach, I am highly relational and empathetic, seeing my role as a collaborator and catalyst for new learning, reflection, and internal insights. I utilize narrative, design-thinking, and cognitive behavioral principles to empower clients toward their goals. I am especially skilled in working with clients who are in the process of recovering from burnout and are dismantling limited systems of belief absorbed from patriarchal, racist or ableist workplace experiences.Areas of experience and expertise include: human wellness at work, burnout, emotional education, organizational learning, training new leaders, psychological safety on teams, intersectional identities and neurodiversity.**Unable to accommodate vender or lead generator requests at this time**
