Strategic Deals Director (Feb 2014 to Mar 2016)Lead Director working with US Leadership to develop PwC Deals’ 5-year strategic plan; oversaw messaging, operationalization, budget and go-to-market strategy for PwC Deals' largest, new service offering. Grew service offering from $20M in $40M.Transaction Services Director (Apr 2008 to Mar 2014)Led teams of 2 to 30 in more than 20 deals (M&A and divestitures) ranging from $5 million to $11 billion for strategic companies and private equity firms, with a focus on financial due diligence.Examples of accomplishments:- Single-handedly prepared and coached Executive Team in 6 weeks through diligence process and meetings in the sale of their $100 million business to a Forbes Global 2000 corporation.- Advised Forbes Global 2000 pharma company on its strategy for a diagnostics business; identified a $75 million gap in cost of goods sold that contributed to a change in strategy.- Identified additional $20 million of deal value for Fortune 500 client selling carve-out business.Manager, Integration / Operations (Aug 2009 - Sept 2010) Lead advisor for the central integration office for a domestic corporation after it acquired a $3 billion international business from a Fortune 500 company. Directly advised VP of Finance and Interim COO.
