Responsible for the training and management of the College Advising Managers and the High School AmeriCorps Guides at I Know I Can, as well as building and maintaining relationships among Columbus City Schools district counselors, administrators and staff. Continuously evaluate, expand and develop the programming and outcomes of the College Advising Managers.

Responsible for the management of the College Advising Managers at I Know I Can.

•Motivate Columbus City School high school students to stay in school and focus on academics by also promoting the opportunities and benefits of college• Advise Columbus City Schools' high school students and families on the college selection, admissions, and financial aid processes.•Provide individual counseling and post-secondary planning to students and their families•Serve as liaison to college admissions representatives•Plan campus tours for students•Assisted in the creation for a district-wide Naviance implementation pan for students grades 6-12

• Recruit prospective undergraduate students to University of Kentucky • Represent University of Kentucky while traveling to college fairs, high school visits, receptions, and other public service programs and events • Present general information about University of Kentucky to prospective students and their families • Assist in the planning, preparation, execution, and evaluation of many recruitment programs and special projects • Correspond with prospective students, high school counselors, and parents • Schedule college fairs for all admissions representatives

• Recruit prospective undergraduate students to Kentucky State University • Represent Kentucky State University while traveling to college fairs, high school visits, receptions, and other public service programs and events • Present general information about Kentucky State University to prospective students and their families • Meet one on one with prospective students and their families to discuss the application process and answer questions about programs offered at Kentucky State University • Evaluate applications for domestic freshmen admission and respond to e-mail, phone, and written requests for admission information • Assist in the planning, preparation, execution, and evaluation of many recruitment programs and special projects • Data Entry – enter student applications, grades, standardized test scores in university computing system • Advise Kentucky State University Student Ambassadors • Provide campus walking tours for prospective students and families • Produce and coordinate visitations to campus with high school, upward bound, and community service

• Recruit prospective undergraduate students to The University of Michigan • Represent The University of Michigan while traveling to college fairs, high school visits, receptions, and other public service programs and events • Present general information sessions to prospective students and their families • Meet one on one with prospective students and their families to discuss the application process and answer questions about programs offered at University of Michigan • Evaluate applications for domestic and international freshmen and transfer admission • Respond to e-mail, phone, and written requests for admission information • Assist in the planning, preparation, execution, and evaluation of many recruitment programs and special projects • Coordinate special group visits
