• Provide leadership for all aspects of program with current focus on mentoring and coaching staff to build skills in MCC’s Social-Emotional Program and other problem-solving and skill-set driven curricula.• Work with the school’s leadership team to analyze teacher professional development needs and prioritize objectives.• Coach staff on program curricula.• Coordinator for Program Assessment using Massachusetts EEC's Quality Rating Improvement System.• Assist in developing video training tools.

Provide literature review & IRB document support, organize data, draft service material for the following programs:• Partners Achieving Student Success (An early mental health intervention within school settings)• Building Family Foundations (Supporting first teen mothers and babies birth to age five)• Illinois Department of Mental Health Virtual Professional Learning Communities (Increasing social networks of mental health service providers)Coordinator of Dissemination Implementation Research & Policy Program for the Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCTS)• Manage workflow system for documenting services provided to UIC principal investigators• Track services provided to community organizations• Transcribe minutes for CCTS meetings

•Draft pre-kindergarten curriculum lessons•Conduct child assessments and classroom observations•Code kindergarten curriculum for social and emotional skill development •Analyze content of kindergarten curriculum to inform development of pre-kindergarten curriculum
