Facilitate the talent management initiatives of campuses assigned to include the areas of:--On-Boarding and Orientation--Training--Coaching --Performance review planning and execution--Succession and leadership planningEnsure compliance across all assigned campuses with administration of payroll processing, compensation, staffing, training and benefits program.
