I was responsible for laying out the delivery roadmap for these units and also set metrics to measure success. My team and I were responsible for delivering on our 3 largest external integrations for the company - with Nationwide Insurance, The Hartford and a payment system integration with Change Healthcare (now Optum). These programs were enterprise wide, and utilized capacity from multiple engineering teams and product managers. I was responsible for communicating updates, setting scope for engineering teams, and working with our partners to design, test and rollout the integrations.• Mentored new EMs on my team and across the enterprise as they learned their new roles.
