o Advises caseload of 150+ undergraduate studentso Oversees the Global Media Scholars program for undergraduate students studying awayo Presents pre-departure orientations to Global Media Scholars cohortso Advises cohort of 23 External Transfer students who began their degree at NYU Pariso Representative for Academic Advising on orientation/welcome panels for incoming students (January 2024, August 2024)

o Manages Fulbright Student cohort of US and international students from Europe and Eurasiao Manages relationships and liaises with over 10 US Embassies, Fulbright Commissions, the US State Department's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, and private sponsors for the Fulbright US Student Program and the Fulbright Foreign Student Program.o Responds to applicant inquiries with information about the Fulbright Programs and application processes, conducts technical reviews of approximately 300 applications annually to ensure applicants’ eligibility, facilitates on average 4 Peer Review and National Screening Committee meetings that recommend semi-finalists for final selection.o Manages the on-boarding of US and Foreign Student grantees by generating and maintaining grantee terms, monitoring visa-related documents, communicating programmatic messages to partners and grantees, and providing grantee support and guidance during Pre-Departure Orientations.o Manages approximately $3 million in grantee budgets and payments for the Fulbright U.S. Student Program and the Fulbright Foreign Student Program in the region, prepares and monitors grant funds, and supports quarterly and annual budgeting processes.o Serves as the direct point of contact for over 150 US grantees annually.o Presents regional updates to over 200 Fulbright Program Advisors (FPAs) ahead of the annual launch of the application cycleo Virtual Pre-Departure Preparations Presentation for Fulbright Grantees, 2020, 2021, 2022

o Supports the International Business Exchange (IBEX) program o Data entry, tracking, and student support o Assists the Assistant Director of International Exchanges and Special Programso Assists with large-scale (600+) student international trips for Stern's International Studies Program (ISP)o Assists in reviewing admissions essays for NYU Precollege Summer @ Stern program.
