Greys Personnel recruits across the full spectrum of business, from entry-level positions to senior exec placements - both nationally and internationally. • The role had a very specific mandate:1) Create a training manual for recruiters on the 360 cycle of recruitment, talent acquisition, and sales and marketing.2) Conduct in-person training for recruiters using the above manual.3) Establish the employee onboarding process, and execute it.4) Work with software developers to design and develop a custom candidate management system. 5) Train all employees and recruiters on how to use the system efficiently. 6) As the business was in a scale-up growth phase, this role would be responsible for growing the Recruitment team from 4 recruiters to 12, and then manage and mentor the team around sales, recruitment, client acquisitions to reach monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.7) Responsible for ongoing People and Culture design to attract the right talent, hire, train and retain.• All objectives were successfully met within 12 months.

I was based at Hays City in Moorgate, and responsible for the recruitment of HR talent (middle to senior management) within the Financial Services and Banking sector.ACHIEVEMENTS- Contributing in a team of 3 towards 2 record sales periods in May/June 2008- Exceeded set billing targets consistently month to monthMy 1 year working visa was due to expire, and Hays offered me sponsorship to continue working in the UK in a more senior management role. It was a difficult decision to make, however I opted to return to South Africa.

Within 12 months I was billing above my monthly target and was periodically the highest billing recruiter in the branch.- Within 2 years, I was promoted to the Recruitment Manager for that branch while also managing my own recruitment desk.
