-Live among and mentor 22 freshman girls, -Preform room check ins and check outs, making sure rooms are up to standard and students have met cleaning expectations-Actively building community through planned floor events and other various opportunities -Provide guidance, emotional support, and academic resources to meet each students’ wants and needs-Enforce university policy and provide conflict management throughout the building, dealing with interpersonal relationships and student safety
