Ashley Kutz Kelley is an attorney at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP. Ashley concentrates her practice on representing businesses in a diverse range of commercial litigation matters, comprised of business, labor/employment, product liability, and commercial disputes. Ashley has successfully litigated matters for local and national businesses, including vehicle manufacturers, product manufacturers, toy companies, financial institutions, global shipping corporations and entrepreneurs.Employers turn to Ashley for guidance from pre-litigation counseling, to regulatory compliance and investigations, as well as employment-related litigation. Ashley’s judgment enforcement experience includes foreclosing on and seizing assets, and negotiating loss mitigation solutions throughout South Carolina.Ashley is also a leader in professional organizations. In 2014, Ashley was selected for the ABA-TIPS Leadership Academy. She is Chair-Elect of the Employment & Labor Law Section of SC Bar Association, and previously served as Vice Chair and Programs Chair.
