I am fascinated to understand how and why people think the way they do and how we can bridge the gap between those who operate differently from each other to create better understanding and outcomes. I thrive when I am able to support a team or cause I believe in and see projects through to the very end (my Working Geniuses are Enablement and Tenacity). Some of my professional accomplishments include:- successfully orchestrating multiple company-wide Summit events focused on group learning, team building, and continuous improvement.- facilitating a company's transition to a new project management system including researching the platform, designing the structure and layout, planning the data transfer of over 100 clients, co-creating training for 60 team members, and more.
