Developed and implemented internal design standards. Consulted on internal processes, procedures and business strategies. Created new internal designs for marketing and collateral needs. Discussed and presented ideas for website improvement with clients, and implemented their vision into a site prototype for them to visualize and interact with.

Assigned as a team member to create work for Adobe. I successfully translated creative briefs from stake holders into concrete designs for promotional materials, sales collateral, event collateral, print, corporate websites, and intranet sites. I established a consistent track record of learning what the client is looking for, and producing a product that exceeded their expectations.

I managed and coordinated design projects from concept to completion. Worked closely with clients in creating their design vision. These projects included digital design, apps, branding design, print, and campaign materials. Some of the large clients I collaborated with include Idaho's National Laboratory sites, Maritz and Google.

Produced conceptually strong designs that inspired and drove measurable goals for our various in-house stake holders. Simultaneously my team consulted in our efforts with our stake holders on campaign strategies in order guarantee maximum impact.
