✨𝗠𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗜 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗮𝘄 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹. Instead, I joined Americorps, as a full-time volunteer at a high school in Northeast Denver. That pivotal experience opened my eyes to the disparities in education. It inspired me to leverage my skills to create people-centered, equitable workplaces so that my students could access the careers they wanted despite a system working against them.💡𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜'𝗺 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁: • 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 that are structured, reduce bias and attract top talent aligned with business goals. • 𝗙𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 where people from all backgrounds thrive and toxicity has no place.• 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 who support the growth and development of their teams.• 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 with the resources they need to excel in their roles and beyond. I'm all about creating spaces where people can bring their best selves to work. I aim to continue scaling organizations that prioritize people while driving business growth. 👩🏾‍💼 💼 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗜 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝘂𝗽, 𝗜 𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿, leading teams to create even more inclusive and dynamic workplaces. And when I'm not focused on people operations, you can find me tap dancing or hanging out with my dogs, Enzo and Riley. 🐾💃🏾
