I truly believe this will be a game-changing solution and am honored to play a role in bringing it to the industry! I pride myself on leading with positivity and enthusiasm, building strong, long-lasting, collaborative relationships, and having the courage to tackle large, complex challenges. I've successfully partnered with professionals in every level of leadership across sales, marketing, product, engineering, analytics and more. I strive to empower others through knowledge sharing, consultation, and coaching, and also have a love for public speaking!I'm passionate about connecting with and empowering other women to develop both personally and professionally. In addition to my role with Foundation, I am Co-Founder of Mama In The Making, an online program that prepares pregnant women for the transition to motherhood and helps organizations support and retain their top female talent.I'm a mom to three littles, and during a rare quiet moment, if I'm not enjoying a glass of good wine I'm likely exploring downtown Detroit with my husband.
