Supporting a large caseload of 16-24 year olds UK wide who have completed a 5 week Pre Employment Training course as part of the Governments Traineeship Scheme. Giving support, advice and guidance prior to and during work placement activity, ensuring they meet employer expectations and complete their respective programme.

To provide a comprehensive employment support service to jobseekers including, initial review, job match, developing and enhancing employability skills and job search techniques, providing employment options advice and support, including liaison with partner organisations, employers and work trial providers. Playing a crucial role in the ‘customer journey’.

I was responsible for the resource management within Totalambers IFS and Agresso consultancy team. I managed our core teams utilisation and identified which members of our delivery team were applicable to the various different projects we managed and delivered within the IFS and Agresso (Unit 4) marketplace.
