· Work as a communication liaison between clients, account executives, media buyers, and graphic designers· Create advertising campaign proposals for local, state, and national advertisers emphasizing placement in print and programmatic digital· Develop campaign messages and secure creative components necessary for ad copy creation· Manage all ad placement details including but not limited to:o Communicate space and copy deadlines to both clients and graphic designerso Execute ad copy traffic instructions accuratelyo Ensure credit applications and/or prepayments are received prior to placement when requiredo Alert clients of any run or production errors and coordinate reschedules when available· Analyze campaign results to recommend improvements to future placements and ad designs· Confirm that customer invoicing requests are executed correctly· Work with Sales & Marketing Director and Media Director to streamline workflow processing and increase Sales’ efficiency· Continuously make recommendations to management on how to improve customer experience· Assist with hosting INA annual convention/awards banquet for member journalists across Iowa
