Current• Identified and vetted potential funders and processed gifts, contracts, and grants for the three DCI research campaigns, including completing an $8 million campaign for a four-year research project• Ensured financial stability through ethical financial reporting, risk management, budgeting, and fundraising • Exercised sound judgment and discretion with confidential research, data, and personal information, including strategic management of stakeholders and supporters• Single-handedly developed our events strategy, program guidelines, and standard operating procedures• Defined, implemented, and updated best practices respecting MIT policies while overseeing multiple projects across all phases of development • Made vital and effective decisions in interdisciplinary teams and working groups to establish and achieve targets• Developed student engagement programs leading to over 50 student employees, internships, and research assistants.
