- Understanding the People Operations Mobility Enablement Programs and Services as well as how Mobility Enablement fits into the firm’s overall talent acquisition strategy
- Working both collaboratively and independently while leading a team in the delivery of a Compliance centered book of business including, I-9 and Wage & State Notifications
- Influencing and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders in order to develop and implement policies and protocols, controls, and continuous improvement of operational processes
- Utilizing knowledge of Human Resources strategy, policies, and systems
- Operating with a ‘People First’ mindset prioritizing the growth, development, wellbeing and diversity of thought and experiences of our people
- Possessing knowledge of operational measurement and effectiveness and the ability to manage to those metrics
