● Facilitate 20,000+ offer submissions for both Entry Level and Experienced offers to candidates annually, as well as for confidential acquisitions and mergers● Oversee, train, and coach TAE Offer Specialists● Cross-train and team with counterparts within People Operations to include IST and Move to Hire support during transitional timeframes● Coordinate with PwC Legal to validate and submit Visa candidate to MyMobility annually and off-cycle● Assisted in design and maintenance of the TAE (formerly RS&OB) Google Site● Developed documentation and acted as point-of-contact for People Operations Teams during mail transition from Lotus Notes to Google Group emails● Review, edit (content, grammar, formatting etc.) and approve JRA submissions across all lines of service● Act as subject matter expert to provide support for building and maintenance of Google scripts, complex formulas, and audit related workflows
