Overseeing a team of 10-15 researchers, providing encouragement and constructive feedback throughout the day as needed, setting the agenda for the research room during the trial, sorting and understanding pre-voir dire data before the trial start time, inputting venire information, following real-time court transcripts and adapting research to the pace of the trial, auditing and proofreading research throughout the day, delegating ad hoc tasks throughout the day, organizing and formatting the final product to be sent to the client.
