- Establish and execute a marketing strategy for the company based on market trends, targeting tactics, and competitive analysis in order to obtain new clients and win high dollar contracts- Prepare for and art direct photography of finished residential projects, including coordination with homeowners, interior designers, photographers and stylists- Create and maintain the marketing department's annual budget.
