I spearheaded and executed annual, out-of-state conference for 80+ participants, and managed all logistics, forecasting, registration, travel arrangements, guest speaker selection, budget administration, venue booking, marketing, and programming. I also oversaw budgeting, expense management, and program calendar coordination. Notable Contributions:• Achieved record sales of corporate sponsorships for Financial Planners Association of Northern California’s annual conference by introducing new registration process; efforts resulted in “sell-out” of 40 corporate sponsorships in 3 weeks. • Built, customized, and rolled-out new sponsor & attendee database, which improved client and sponsor relations and helped target marketing and sales generation. • Partnered with Conference Director to plan and execute successful conference for 600+ Certified Financial Planners at Palace Hotel in San Francisco.
