I also manage the hiring, training, and evaluation of the nursing team, and coordinate with external healthcare providers and agencies.I have a strong background in clinical nursing, with more than five years of experience in various healthcare settings, including nursing homes and senior living facilities. I have a Licensed Practical Nurse degree from Hondros College of Nursing, a Nursing degree from Central School of Practical Nursing, and certificates in Nursing Assistant/Aide and Phlebotomy Technician/Phlebotomist from Med-Cert. I possess a wide range of clinical skills, such as medication administration, vital signs monitoring, wound care, infection control, and patient education. I have also excelled in supervisory roles, serving as a charge nurse and a unit manager in previous positions, where I demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. My goal is to continue my education as a nurse and become a regional nurse of clinical compliance, where I can leverage my expertise and passion for enhancing healthcare delivery systems and improving patient outcomes.
