Creative Director
Current• Leads the design team from concept to completion across a variety of mediums for major accounts: Ford, Sam’s Club• Oversees creative team and their work in a fast-paced agency environment across many deliverables, including broadcast and CTV/OTT/OLV, content creation for social media, UX/experience design, mobile app design, integrated campaigns, campaign advertising across print and OLA digital display, paid search, etc.• Translates client goals and requirements into clear, tailored creative solutions that achieve compelling results and ROI; presents work and pitches to client executives.• Delivers against client expectations by holding work to high creative standards, ensuring both the quality and effectiveness of the work, leading and mentoring the creative team, and driving design innovation/trends and best practices.• Intra-agency collaboration with account/client engagement teams, project management teams, pre/post production teams, etc. to execute creative across a large contract on-time and on-budget.
