I've always had a curiosity for computers, technology, and how it all works. I've built and upgraded my home PCs and have always been "the techy" one in my family. I've let it be a hobby until recently.Today I am finally putting my passion into practice as a Help Desk Analyst at UPMC. I've continued to build my skills and expand my horizons learning about different technologies, and taking classes to build a stronger base in this industry. I've used my experiences in previous jobs to help strengthen my own team with onboarding training for new hires. I also help to ease the transition into new technologies both for new and existing sites through my role at the Help Desk.
