-Tracking, analysis and reporting of financial statuses of multiple concurrent projects for five (5) project managers.-Manage and maintain subcontractor and vendor accounts. Insurance compliance tracking and issuance and maintenance of Purchase Orders and Subcontracts.-AIA contractor billing for private and government contracts including Certified Payroll, WBE and MBE verifications and lien waivers.-Bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly WIP reporting alongside CFO and project managers. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable entry and payment releases.

- Prepare client invoices and receive payments, including coordination of reimbursements through homeowner's insurance companies.- Analysis, reporting, and forecasting of financial performance results.- Maintain accounting ledgers and preparation of balance sheets using GAAP procedures.- Prepare and coordinate application submission for GSA (Government Services) contracts.- Monitor prospective project leads and maintain website communication.- Bid support and project coordination for project managers and Owner.

- Project scope and cost estimating, proposal drafting and prospective client interviews.- Project scheduling, subcontractor and vendor bidding and contract management.- Invoicing and insurance management for both client and subcontractors.- Site visits and project coordination from initial bid through final project completion.- Oversight of field employee scheduling, time cards, and safety meetings.- Coordination with Architects, Engineers, and multiple municipalities throughout and post-project completion.

- Procurement, coordination, and oversight of multiple concurrent projects ranging from $5,000 to $75,000,000.- Project scope and cost estimating, proposal drafting, contract and vendor management. Cost analysis of self-performed vs. contracted work, material, and equipment purchases.- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and asset management of two (2) corporate entities, two (2) property ownership entities, and three (3) investment entities. Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis.- Implement and maintain corporate General Liability and Worker's Compensation insurance, as well as property insurance for multiple locations and fixed assets. Prepare and oversee annual insurance audits for all entities.- Development and implementation of warehouse material stock and inventory system for building materials, fleet & power operated equipment, lifts, tracking and maintenance management.- Prepare and submit annual tax returns for all entities alongside external CPA. Manage all federal and state business correspondence and compliance for corporations in both Illinois and Florida.
