As one member of 35-person ticketing team and inside sales representative organization, market and promote portfolio of ticket products – including season ticket plans, group and individual events – to various demographics. Work games and events as well as utilize variety of sales tactics, in order to meet or exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales objectives. • Focused on ticket renewals and upgrades with current customers by enhancing relationships with account base to achieve repeat sales. • Acted in public relations capacity – to boost positive perception of CBJ organization – by partnering with Blue Jackets Foundation as part of “Keep Columbus Beautiful” event involving cleaning-up of local park.• Scheduled and conducted in-arena appointments, prospecting for new leads by calling upon business prospects and consistently testing and implementing new methods to grow business with existing customers. Frequently interacted with current season ticket holders and single game buyers to ensure satisfaction with existing product and encourage upsells.

Helped coordinate program by hosting recruits and prospective students, and serving as face of women’s rowing team for reports and news features. On behalf of women’s rowing team, spoke at Women’s Sports Report in 2014 and 2015, and at Columbus Sports Report in 2015.
