The purpose of this organization is to engage Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in order to address behavioral challenges relating to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). During this time, I have coordinated with supervisors to implement tailored programs in order to empower and enhance the independence of the individual. Collecting and reporting of precise statistical data was done on a daily basis under strict adherence to HIPPA guidelines to ensure confidentiality. All of this is done while acting as a liaison between the scientific based strategies set forth by the supervisor and the family. Together we coordinated to establish creative, client-specific development plans.
