I own my own Etsy shop where I sell a variety of handmade amigurumi stuffed animals to buyers across the nation. As an owner I am responsible for all aspects of my company including but not limited to:- Communicating with customers with updates regarding orders or answering any questions they may have- Creating the products- Handling shipping my products to customers- Posting on social media- Handling the finances of the company- Designing facets of the company- Upholding legal requirements

I held many responsibilities including but not limited to:- Billing- Scheduling- Organizing - Distributing and collecting confidential paperwork from staff and affiliated families- Creating labels and signage for the buildings- Restarting the CACFP food program- Payroll

As a cashier I held many responsibilities revolving around getting customers checked out in a quick and efficient manner. These included:- Cash handling- Knowledge of company credit cards and sign up procedures- Knowledge of various departments including the front section as well as the gardening department- Returns- Customer service quality- Time management

I worked in all departments of the store and was relied upon with various tasks including:-Counting and organizing products onto carts alongside putting the products onto their respective shelf on the sales floor when truck shipments came in- Redoing planograms on the sales floor- Troubleshooting issues concerning printers and computers within the technology department- Created, printed, and finished a variety of printing products including but not limited to normal papers, banners, canvases, business cards, and yard signs- Cooperating with my general manager to create a system in which we reach out and provide specialized store coupons to local business and schools throughout the year, which was then distributed to other stores within our district

I operated the front desk of the Towers dorm building at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire where I held many responsibilities including:- Helping students check out convenience items such as food and beverages- Sorting and checking out packages that came in through mailing services- Sorting mail into the correct apartment mailbox and building bins- Assisting new hires at all times of the day with training and troubleshooting concerns
