I worked with youth cheerleaders helping them to grow their skills while learning the values of working together and safely. Working with youth cheerleaders has taught patience and leadership skills as I would work with them multiple times a week and lead them during football games. During football games, I would make sure every athlete was properly prepared, organize the dances and cheers they would do, and watch over the girls to make sure everything was running smoothly. With coaching I was able to teach them cheerleading skills, but also teamwork, hard work, and determination skills that they can transfer into their daily lives.
