In addition to working with customers on the floor and taking care of their orders, I was in charge of creating new advertising campaigns and increasing business. I created a website on which customers around the world could order customized products, kept Petal's social media (Facebook, Pinterest) up-to-date, and created multiple promotional campaigns for this small business.

As a hostess, I created new seating sections daily and kept an organized rotation to keep customers accommodated and seated. I eventually trained new employees to be a hostess. After training, I became a server which helped me gain teamwork and customer service skills.
