Co-lead staff support for Lindner Women in Business (LWiB) student organization at the Lindner College of Business. Student organization has ~25 leadership roles and ~300 members. Work directly with the President and Vice President to provide guidance on their leadership and increasing overall brand awareness for LWiB. 2022 Empowerment Day recipient of Karen Manning award for support of LWiB.

- Manage multiple student workers each semester and one full-time employee- Admitted over 700 incoming freshmen for fall 2019 increasing diversity and maintaining overall profile to 26.8 ACT for the college / 31 ACT for Honors- Host college close-up recruiting sessions on Mondays & Fridays for 50+ people in each session and working with our 40+ student ambassadors to engage them with our recruitment strategies. - Successfully transformed our high-achieving honors interview process to recruit top talent to the Lindner College of Business that involved faculty, staff, alumni and students- Serve on Lindner College of Business Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council representing undergraduate programs as someone that is passionate about recruiting diverse talent and students- Collaborate across campus with campus partners to ensure strong recruitment plan and execution- Serve as Lindner's primary housing contact for the Honors Living & Learning Community (~140 students)- Nominated for 3 top staff awards but colleagues and participated in five staff search committees

- Responsible for the recruitment and coordination for the Lindner College of Business Honors Programs including: Carl H. Lindner Honors-PLUS, Marvin P Kolodzik Business Scholars and Circle of Excellence. - Manage special events, publications and continue to foster strong alumni relations with our business honors programs.- Traveled to Asia twice with our Lindner Honors-PLUS program as a second chaperone responsible for 25 students through Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam.

- Managed 2 multi-million dollar accounts for the Procter & Gamble Client Consulting team as a leader on the Health & Well-Being Global Business Unit- Served as the client contact for 15+ researchers at a time on the questionnaire, test product, concept stimuli, and data collection while translating client objectives and analyst data needs into the highest quality consumer data by survey questions, respondent sample, and interview designs- Coordinated, communicated, and documented all study issues, deadlines, schedules, and changes - Managerial responsibilities: two direct report and ensuring their professional growth - INROADS business mentor for 2+ years and Nielsen project developer mentor for 4+ years- Presented category growth sales deck at yearly meeting that led to internal group understanding of a specific client category and allowed more individuals to work on each account- Collaborated with 6 departments to produce forecasts within 9% of actual sales using ACNielsen secondary data and client marketing plans to predict year I volume PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS- Assumed leadership in maintaining client-specific standards for several of BASES’ large consumer packaged goods accounts.
