Strategically managed company-wide learning and development, as well as performance / talent management, at the managerial and director level.• Developed an innovative strategic roadmap, programmatic models / competencies, and learning program frameworks in Leadership Excellence to define career progression, focus leadership development, identify top talent within the company, and workforce planning.• Developed a unique Onboarding Journey Roadmap, and then managed the development of 12 instructor-led / online courses to create a blended learning experience for new hires company-wide.• Established recruiting standards for candidate behavioral profiles to predict job fit, which included the process, approach, scoring, and setting job targets.• Successfully sourced, wrote, and received a $100K State of Indiana grant, including the subsequent design and implementation of two training programs for employees and leaders.• Researched and selected the company’s first learning management system (LMS), including the determination of the system’s diversified content.• Scrum Master and Ambassador of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for the People and Culture (i.e., HR) department.

Performance Management: Developed a new performance management process facilitating increased connectivity between managers and team members. These efforts incorporated virtual environments, increased frequency of valuable interactions between group members, and tools to ensure performance alignment to corporate goals. The successful implementation of this system lead to a case-study published by a global research and advisory firm (Gartner CBE, Stamford, CT) Employee Engagement: To assess employee/company alignment, leadership effectiveness, team’s cohesiveness, and company culture I designed and managed an annual employee engagement survey to over 1,700 employees. In addition, I compiled and correlated the data as a metric to facilitate change to the organization’s strategic plans. The ability to gather and act-on employee feedback continually led to actionable steps to significantly improve culture and productivity.Learning & Development: A new talent strategy was developed, and to meet commitments of continuous learning and development I'm leading the implementation of a new learning management system (LMS) and robust content library. This system encompasses function & role-based learning, influencer-driven learning, on-the-job learning, curated curricula, and mobile access learning. Implementation of this comprehensive LMS provides the tools employees need to thrive in their career.

Managed the learning architecture for Vail Resorts. This included analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of enterprise-wide online and instructor led training for all employees; with a focus on leadership development and succession planning. Developed, implemented and managed Cornerstone, a Learning Management System for a multi-format blended environment hosting roughly 25,000 employees. Worked collaboratively with the “Field Learning Teams” spread out over twelve major locations to deliver educational and developmental content.
